UNVEILED. ANTIQUITY

UNVEILED ANTIQUITY

So much for organized Religion and sometimes I am skeptical about it. All the laws it seems are made by man, eg. Ecumenical council, celibacy, Council of Trent, etc. Maybe and always at the back of my mind, that I can just accept our galaxy the milky way as insignificant among the billions and billions of galaxies in our universe and that is controlled by one Supreme Being.

About 500 BC, a wealthy merchant named Hesus brought Hindu religious books to Europe. He then founded a religion bearing his name HESUSISM, which means "the religion of Hesus".

In 48 AD, Apollonius of Tyana came back from his second trip to Singapoor, or Singapore (meaning The Land Of Tigers), bringing with him Hindu religious books. The combined philosophical ideas from the Library of Alexandria and Hindu religious books lead to the worship of the Hindu god Krishna (Kristos in Greek, Christ in English), creating Christosism.

These two very similar religions used various texts written by religious leaders during the time of Emperor Constantine I. He ordered the bishops of these two very similar religions to convene in 325 AD (the First Ecumenical Council in Nicaea) to select texts to be used by followers of both religions. The results were; the Christian bible, and the Nicaean Creed, and the new deity Jesus Christ.

In ancient times Jews participated in other religious rites, not only in Christianity.

Excerpts from the messages of Pontius Pilate and Urban VIII in the 1892 book ANTIQUITY UNVEILED.
ANTIQUITY

"MY GREETING TO YOU IS THIS:---I was appointed Procurator of Judea in the commencement of the reign of Octavius Augustus. At that time the Jewish nation was a turbulent state. Many man were brought before me on all kinds of charges, for these Jews were the most bitter sectarian bigots in regard to their religious views that I have ever met with as a mortal or spirit. There never was brought before me such a man or so-called God as the present Christian system claims. There was a Jesus Onanias who was tried before me for highway robbery and was crucified by my soldiers; but of the now renowned Jesus I know nothing whatever."As I hope for a happy spirit life, I can say I know nothing of any person, Jew or Gentile, of any Jesus, except the one mentioned in this communication. I am Pontius Pilate" --- Pontius Pilate (12 BC - 38 AD)

MESSAGE OF POPE URBAN VIII
From the 1892 book, ANTIQUITY UNVEILED
"GOOD DAY, MY SON: -- I was known when here as Urban VIII and I want to say this; that as a Pope and having been fully educated in Catholicism, I am able to give facts in regard to the mingling of paganism and Christianity. As Pope, I took from the Pantheon at Rome 450,000 pounds of bronzes to decorate St. Peter's at Rome; and the bronzes were used with little, if any, alteration in their ornamental designs. There you may see the gods of antiquity converted into the Christian saints. Let those who have charge of that edifice deny this, if they can. To my certain knowledge, most of the churches in Rome were built on the ruins of heathen temples and of the material of the latter. Christianity has borrowed everything from paganism; and there is no Catholic priest who holds any office of consequence in the Catholic Church who does not know the common identity of a ceremony of the Eleusinian mysteries in Greece and the Lord's Supper. They will not admit this as mortals, but there will come a time to them in the spirit life when remorse for their untruthfulness will lash them into giving the truth. 'Why', ask these milk and water people, 'do you so roughly attack Christianity?' Because it claims for itself divine powers, and it has none. There is only one religion, and that is the religion of reason. There never was a spirit on this planet that in the end will possess any more power than another. So they can rely that each one will get their just deserts exactly. You can make the road long and tedious, or you can have the light. It is for you to choose, both in the mortal and spirit life. I will close by saying, I hope for the success of truth and the banishment of error." ---- Pope Urban VIII

Also, in this book there is a message from Akiba, a 1st Century rabbi, where he said that he looked for Moses in the spirit life but was disappointed because he found that Moses never lived. One message reveals the origins of the gospels in the Christian bible,(1) the written work of Apollonius (Paulus in Latin) of Tyana became the Gospel of St. Paul, (2) translation of the work of Apollonius into Latin by Marcion became the Gospel of St. Mark, (3) commentaries by satirist Lucian became the Gospel of St. Luke. To convert the Armenians to Christianity, the church added the Armenian Book of Matheiou to the bible and it became the Gospel of Matthew.

In 1997 during a Nile River cruise I came to the conclusion that Moses never lived after seeing the quality of the stonework inside the pyramid open to the public. There is no way humans can achieve that degree of perfection, even with all the power tools and computers today.
The layout of the altars of Christian churches, main altar and two side altars, and the rows of columns is the same as that of the temples of the ancient Egyptian religion.

Apollonius of Tyana ( Paulus in Latin) --- teacher, healer, adviser to three Roman emperors, medium, miracle worker. His written work became the Epistles of St. Paul.

APOLLONIUS of TYANA --

APOLLONIUS, THE NAZARENE

The accompanying engraving represents Apollonius of Tyana, who proves to be the Jesus Christ of the Christian Scriptures. It may be interesting to the reader to be informed how the oil painting from which the engraving was taken came into existence.
In 1874, the owner of the painting on his travels visited the late N.B. Starr, well known as a wonderfully inspired medium, through whom were painted very remarkable spirit portraits, and requested Mr. Starr to execute for him any portrait he felt impressed to paint. He could do nothing in his normal condition in the way of producing them, but while in an unconscious trance condition, with eyes closed, the colors were mixed and applied to the canvass in a masterly manner and with great rapidity. When the painting was received, on the lower edge of the canvas was found this inscription; - "The Nazarene, by Raphael. N.M. Starr, Medium." Nothing was thought of the inscription until about eight years after, when several of the ancient spirits, Strabo and others, in giving their communication ( a full account of which will be found in the body of the work), alluded to the painting, saying that it represented Apollonius as near as it was possible on the earth plane.

The painting as a work of art is a most marvelous production Especially is this so from the fact that it was accomplished in four or five sittings of an hour each, through one who never received instruction in the art. Such an undertaking, in the hands of an accomplished artist unaided by spirit power, would require months to finish; even then it is doubtful if the remarkable effect portrayed in this spirit portrait could be produced by mortal hand unaided. Such, briefly, are the circumstances connected with the history of the portrait of Apollonius.

On The Bible
Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and torturous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness,
with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistent that we called it the word of a demon than the Word of God.
It is a history of wickedness that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind.
Thomas Paine (1737-1809), Anglo-American political theorist, writer. The Age of Reason, pt. 1, "Examination of the Old Testament" (1794)

& ... What Emerson Has To Say About History: THE VALUE OF THE TREASURY."History no longer shall be a dull book.  It shall walk incarnate in every just and wise man.
You shall not tell me by languages and titles a catalogue of the volumes you have read.
You shall make me feel what periods you have lived.  A man shall be the Temple of Fame.
He shall walk, as the poets have described that goddess, in a robe painted all over with wonderful events and experiences....
He shall be the priest of Pan, and bring with him into humble cottages the blessing of the morning stars,
and all the recorded benefits of heaven and earth."-- EMERSON.

Apollonius of Tyanawas the awe and wonder of his time - Apollonius of Tyana -the true Christ of the first century AD. Apolonius was born of wealthy parents in the Greek town of Tyana, Greece, and his birth was miraculously announced to his mother by an archangel. He was an attractive and precocious child and was sent to reside at the temple of Aescalupius in Tarsus at age twelve, where he was initiated by the priests and where he excelled in religious and philosophical learning and debate, and even performing healing miracles. At the age of sixteen he adopted the pythagorian philosophy and lifestyle of abstaining from animal food, wine, and women, living only on fruits and herbs, maintaining five years of silence, praying to the sun three times a day, dressing only in white linen(non-animal fabric), going barefoot, and never cutting his hair or beard.
He believed in the immortality of the soul, in metempsychosis, and in a supreme deity ruling lesser deities. He also wrote books on astrology. Before starting his public mission he gave away his riches to his relatives with the aim of seeking only knowledge and wisdom.
His mission began by going to Antioch where he taught certain disciples, as well as learning the mysteries of that city's temple, Apollo Daphne. He also traveled to India and Egypt, bringing back with him the doctrines of Krishna and Buddha, which then became the foundations of the Christian religion. As a Roman citizen, he traveled freely within the Roman empire acquiring the reputation of a social and political reformer. He was fearless and spoke out against the tyranny of Nero and Domititian for which he was jailed but later released. His most recounted incident was at the court before emperor Domitian, where he disappeared into thin air before they could lay any kind of charge on him.
Wherever he went he attracted large crowds and held them spellbound by his words and deeds. Kings, rulers, and common folk constantly sought him for advice and he gave freely. He travelled the world and always stood his ground and was regarded by many as a god in the flesh. He compiled the epistles, and retired to the isle of Patmos where he wrote the book of Revelation. Little is known about his death, but it is thought he lived past the the age of 100, and shortly thereafter ascended to the inner earth paradise.
-Temples and statues were built in his honor, and for the first three centuries AD he was regarded as a demi-god and saint. The popularity of Apollonius' teachings became a threat to the decaying Roman Empire, so in 325 AD, At the Council of Nicaea, emperor Constantine and his bishops devised the New Christianity which would turn attention away from Apollonius, to a Judean carpenter by the name of Jesus. All records of Apollonius and his Essene Christianity were destroyed and this meant burning the libraries, including the most famous one at Alexandria. The mobs who enforced the new changes met stiff resistance from the people, and some fifty million were eventually killed or martyred in the process.Important changes in the biblical texts occurred ever since then, such as the removal of the doctrines of reincarnation [Soul embodiments], astrology, and vegetarianism; to be replaced by their opposites -a mortal soul, a hellfire for diviners, and permission for meat-eating and wine drinking.  http://www.librarising.com/spirituality/apollo.html

Web Master Note: Researching through the philology of Godfrey Higgins, Anacalypsis 1836 we find that prior to 325 AD Christianity was not as it is known today, infact, it was known as a troublesome heathen religion before this date.  Also, from the Greek word for this heathen belief system it can be seen to translate into the word CHRESTIAN or CRESTIAN, meaning; one who does not like what is good.  'Crestian' was the form used by Romans for addressing slaves, even if a slave earned his freedom.   But the Roman Chuch today has reversed the correct Greek meaning to it's opposite meaning which should apply only to 'Christianity'  and not 'Chrestianity / Crestian'.  And, about the name 'Jesus', the letter 'J' did not arrive in the Hebrew alphabet until circa 600 AD.  Therefore Yesus or Hesus as this God was known, was not the God of the Chrestian / Crestian heathens, but the Infinite God of the Druids and the Phoenicians and other groups knowledgeable in the science of nature and how to live according to the seasons with HIM / HER.   The knowledge of which has been removed by the patrical Romish church. Therefore, the name Jesus did not come into being until after Circa 600 AD.   HESUS KRISTOS was put together by the Council of Bishops at Nicea in 325 AD as a patriarchal system, binding together in sin instead of goodness and 'fear of God'  instead of Love of God, as  many people as possible. Remember, the Bible says; Think not that I have come to bring peace, for I have come with a sword.

EXCERPT
With notations from yours truly.

Who founded Christianity?
Note: Potamon of the Alexandrian School at the Library of Alexandria.
It is an age-old debate.
Christ? Well, yes. Of course. Obviously.
Note: There was no Jesus Christ!

St Peter? Also yes. Christ built his church upon the rock — so the faithful believe, following the Gospel of St Matthew.
Note: There were no Twelve Apostles.

St Paul? Yes again. In first century Galilee, there were no schools for those who farmed, fished, or worked with their hands. St Peter was a simple worker from an agrarian community, and there is no reason to suppose he could read, write, or speak any language other than his native Aramaic.  By contrast, St Paul was a highly educated and literate intellectual. He was a Roman citizen of Cilicia (south-eastern Turkey), and his native language was Greek — which enabled his letters and public speaking to be understood across the vast reaches of the empire. His indefatigable thinking, preaching, and writing unquestionably defined great swathes of Christianity.
Note: The written work of Apollonius (Paulus in Latin) of Tyana became the Epistles of St. Paul.

Yet in some senses, asking who founded Christianity is a fatuous question. The Greek honorific title Christos (meaning the Annointed One) and the word Christianos (Christian) would have meant nothing to Yeshu’a, which was the Aramaic name Jesus would have answered to. The words were never used in his life time. The first recorded occasion was years later, miles to the north-west in Antioch.
Note: Apollonius of Tyana had a school in Antioch, Syria. He was a medium, teacher, healer, miracle worker, philosopher, adviser to three Roman emperors. He wrote the Book of Revelation in his later years.
Beyond the words, how many of Christianity’s reported 41,000 denominations would they recognise today? Would any of the buildings, activities, liturgies, theologies, vestments, ecstatic glossolalia, and all the rest be familiar?
Whatever the answer, there is, in fact, one more person to add to this list — and he definitely would recognise the 1.5 billion Catholics and Orthodox Christians alive today. He was not a founder of Christianity. But he was definitely one of its most important figures. Ever.
Flavius Theodosius was born in Spain in AD 347, and one of his two most memorable achievements was to be the last man to rule over both the Western and Eastern Roman Empires.
But his truly lasting achievement was perhaps one of the ten decisions that have most shaped the post-Roman world.
Today, the 27th of February, in AD 380, Theodosius proclaimed Christianity as the official religion of the Roman Empire.
It is our desire that all the various nations which are subject to our clemency and moderation should continue in the profession of that religion which was delivered to the Romans by the divine Apostle Peter, as it has been preserved by faithful tradition, and which is now professed by the Pontiff Damasus … . We authorise the followers of this law to assume the title of Catholic Christians. (Theodosius I, Cunctos populos)
At the time, the empire heaved with colourful temples to everything you can think of. Cicero called the Romans “the most religious people” (religiosissima gens), and the sheer variety of popular cults proves it. Worshippers could find everything from traditional Graeco-Roman deities, the Egyptian cults of Isis, Osiris, and Serapis, the ubiquitous near-eastern mystery religions of Mithras, Cybele, and Attis, and hundreds of others — all spiced up with the usual sacrificial fare and traditional temple prostitutes.

But enough was enough. To reinforce the status of Christianity as the sole imperial religion, Theodosius outlawed all pagan practices.
It was a highly controversial move, and he must have been aware of its enormity.
Even the Serb, Emperor Constantine I (AD 305 to 337), had not gone that far.
It is true that Constantine is reported to have fought and won the decisive battle of the Milvian Bridge with the Chi Rho daubed onto his men’s shields. He had apparently seen a vision of the Christian symbol in the sky, along with the Greek words ἐν τούτῳ νίκα (en touto nika, “In this, conquer”), and it had inspired him. Once emperor, in AD 313 he promptly enacted the Edict of Milan to guarantee freedom of religion throughout the empire.
Of the things that are of profit to all mankind, the worship of God ought rightly to be our first and chiefest care. Christians and all others should have freedom to follow the kind of religion they favour. We therefore announce that all who choose Christianity are to be permitted to continue therein, without any let or hindrance, and are not to be in any way troubled or molested. At the same time, all others are to be allowed the free and unrestricted practice of their religions; for it accords with the good order of the realm and the peacefulness of our times that each should have freedom to worship God after his own choice. (Constantine, The Edict of Milan)
Perhaps the drafters of the First Amendment to the American Constitution had this edict in mind, although they expressed their version significantly less eloquently:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
Constantine did not stop with freeing everyone from religious persecution. In AD 325 he convened, presided over, and paid for the first ecumenical Church council. He held it at Nicaea (modern-day Iznik in Turkey), where it oversaw the resolution of numerous key decisions regarding the early Church and its structure. Yet Constantine did it all while still a pagan and pontifex maximus, or head of Rome’s pagan priesthood — a role he officially retained until his death, even after his personal conversion to Christianity late in life. Theodosius was, unsurprisingly, the first emperor to abandon the priestly title, which in time migrated across to the pope.

The empire at the time of Theodosius

Theodosius is perhaps more responsible for the massive spread of Christianity than either St Peter or St Paul, for the simple reason that religions and their denominations benefit from political backing to light the afterburners and tear free from the pack. This should come as no real surprise — it is how human society generally works.

Therefore, when Theodosius adopted Nicene Christianity as the imperial religion in AD 380, he set a precedent whose impact is now felt globally. For as the Roman Empire in the West fell, the monarchs who were to fill the void in Europe for the next millennium and a half largely kept Christianity as their state religion. And when they conquered and colonised, they took their religion with them.
Unlike ancient Rome, we no longer exterminate those who profess other religions.

SYLVESTER I

Sylvester I was, in fact, the first pope because the were no Twelve Apostles. Christianity created its equivalent to the Twelve Gods of Mt. Olympus.

St. Sylvester I, also spelled Silvester, (born, Rome [Italy]—died 335, Rome; Western feast day December 31, Eastern feast day January 2), pope from 314 to 335, whose long pontificate saw the beginnings of the Christian Roman Empire.

Little is known about Sylvester’s early life. A presbyter when elected to succeed Pope Miltiades (Melchiades), Sylvester was consecrated on January 31, 314. The most important event of his reign was the Council of Nicaea in May 325, which condemned the Alexandrian Christian priest Arius, founder of Arianism, a heretical doctrine teaching that God the Son (Jesus) was neither equal with God the Father nor eternal. While the Roman emperor Constantine the Great favoured Christianity and was a major controller of its ecclesiastical affairs, neither he nor his immediate successors gave any official recognition to papal primacy over the church. Thus, it was a rare and significant exception when Sylvester was accorded a preeminent role in the Arian crisis. Although invited, he did not attend the Council of Nicaea personally but was represented by two legates, who were treated with great honour and respect yet did not preside at the debates.

According to subsequent legend, Sylvester converted and baptized Constantine, who was the first Roman emperor to become a Christian, and miraculously cured him of leprosy. In return the emperor allegedly gave him the Donatio Constantini (Donation of Constantine), a grant of spiritual supremacy over the Eastern patriarchates and over all matters of faith and worship as well as temporal dominion over Rome and the entire Western world. The Donation is now universally admitted to be an 8th-century forgery, but it was important in the development of the medieval theory of church and state.
